Short-term services can be in the survey, design, and estimate of water/irrigation schemes, in the formulation of Strategic and sectoral Plans ( WUMPs, NWASH plans, LAPAs,   Land Use Plans, Baseline study, specific training facilitation, fund monitoring, etc. Resources will be utilized following the donor and client standards, annual plans, and internal resource mobilization policies of Rural and Urban Municipalities.
