DMI is established by seven professional partners who comprise the company's general assembly. It is governed by a 4-member Board of Directors (BoDs) that provides policy, guidelines, and direction to the company to achieve its vision and mission. The DMI organization structure is based on the Virtual Organization concept, which is run by a small core team and can conduct several projects at once by mobilizing its pool of resource persons and professionals. At the operational level, there are three major divisions: institutional development, human resource development, and program management support. Each division is headed by the CEO (chief executive officer) and supported by experienced professionals as required.
